RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Here at LEIGH SUGDEN |DRT we recognise that occasionally due to unanticipated consequences you may need to change/cancel your order or return an item, therefore we do offer a returns and cancellation policy on purchasing, with the following conditions. All cancellations must be made within 14 days of delivery to the customer.

 

A piece of original Leigh Sugden abstract art can be returned for the following two reasons...

Change of Mind & Damages.

 

 

A  If a customer changes their mind.

If a customer has purchased an original piece of artwork or a limited edition print and for unforeseen circumstances does not wish to keep the art work, explanations must be given in full.

 

If the piece is approved for return or cancellation, then the customer will lose any shipping costs incurred at the point of sale. It will also be the customer's responsibility to pay for any additional return shipping costs.

 

Once received back at LEIGH SUGDEN |DRT, the item will be inspected fully, to ensure the piece is returned as it was dispatched. If the art work is received and approved under the inspection, the refund can be arranged. If the art work is received and not approved under the inspection, the refund will be disputed to that individual case.

 

 

B  Due to damages.
 

For example if the piece of artwork is received with any damages, a photo and summary must be communicated, via email from the customer to us immediately. No returns can be made before communicating to customer services, via info@leighsugdenart.com.

All artwork is photographed, and checked thoroughly, by the in-house packing team before it is dispatched and therefore we can compare any information sent by way of evidence of damage.

We do understand that damages can occur, and if in the event this happens, in transit, the customer can be entitled to one of the following according to the individual case:


1) The piece should be returned so that we can fix any damage for you.

2) Offered an alternative piece of artwork, as a replacement.

3) Can keep the piece at a discount, to be arranged via customer service.
 

All requests must be sent to the email address info@leighsugdenart.com, with the order number and full details.
